Since 1971, David White & Associates (DWA) has been providing Financial Planning advice throughout the greater bay area. We are one of the largest independently owned financial planning firms in the Bay Area, specializing in individual and business planning. We have over $500 million in assets under management and over 20,000 clients as of November 2011.
 
In the early 1970’s David White and Associates was primarily involved in insurance and investment products through one company. Over the years we have diversified into hundreds of insurance company offerings and thousands of investment company offerings.
 
David W. White, CLU, ChFC, the founder of the firm, currently holds the position as Chairman of the Board.  Christopher D. White, CFP, is the President and S. Patrick Kelley, ChFC is Vice President. David W. White, Christopher D. White, and S. Patrick Kelley are the principal owners of David White and Associates.
 
David White and Associates has grown to 30 advisors and 15 staff. We have a number of professionals in the company who deal exclusively with Employee Benefits, Retirement Planning, Life Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, Disability Income Insurance, Income Distribution Planning, Investments* and/or Estate Planning.
