What does a financial advisor do?
Financial planners help individuals, families, and business owners with retirement planning, investment strategies, risk management, education funding, estate planning, and wealth accumulation—combining technical knowledge with relationship-building to help clients achieve their goals.

Income and earning potential
Your compensation grows with the business you build. To support you as you get started, we offer a three-year financing plan through stipends while you establish your practice. First-year advisors typically earn around $50,000, and income grows in step with the work you put into developing your client base. Advisors who build a strong client base typically find that by year three, recurring revenue is the foundation of their income. From there, earnings scale directly with the practice you've built.
